The Daniel A. Twum Jnr. Fellowship is a carefully designed three-month programme that combines mentorship, hands-on learning, and meaningful exposure to Ghana's creative industry. Fellows move through three key phases designed to build knowledge, confidence, and real industry understanding.
| Months 1 |
Masterclass Series
Fellows begin the programme with a series of masterclasses led by experienced industry professionals. These sessions introduce participants to key areas of the creative industry, including strategy, creativity, brand building, and professional practice. |

Industry Exposure
In the second phase, fellows gain first-hand insight into the industry through visits to agencies, client organizations, and relevant industry institutions. This experience helps fellows understand how ideas move from concept to real campaigns. |

| Months 3 |
Capstone Project & Pitch Day
The programme concludes with a collaborative capstone project where fellows apply what they have learned. The Fellowship ends with Pitch Day, an opportunity for fellows to present their ideas and creative solutions to a panel of industry professionals. |
